Secy Clinton’s chief of staff  Cheryl Mills,  insisted that a state dept lawyer be present when a Republican congressman interviewed the deputy chief of the Tripoli embassy. Unfortunately the mouthpiece didn’t’ have sufficient clearance and was denied admission.
