Pretty protection: Bengazi & condoms.
Guess what: The cost to investigate  the terrorist attack in Bengazi, Libya is less than the  cost to develop a new  condom plus another study.  Yes. Add together  the cost of a new condom to  the cost to study why lesbians are obese.  Those two costs to taxpayers are less that the cost for the Bengazi investigation.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) gave $2.4 million  to Daniel Resnic to develop three versions of the Origami condoms:  a male version, a female version and a  “first of its kind†anal condom.
Out to “reinvent the condom,†Los Angeles businessman Danny Resnic has completed the first rounds of testing for three variations based on Japanese folding paper, courtesy of the National Institutes of Health.
Resnic was later accused of wasting the money on full-body plastic surgery, trips to Costa Rica, parties at the Playboy mansion, and patents for inventions such as “rounded corners.â€
Resnic must pay back funds per post below.
