Aptos, CA  July 4 2016:  Hundreds lined  the streets of Aptos, CA for the July 4th  2016 parade.
Christ Lutheran Church ‘s focus for the  2016 parade  was on Habitat for Humanity, a program  which  they sponsor.
Six (6)  Habitat for Humanity workers, young men  from France,  walked with  Christ Lutheran church members.
As the Habitat for Humanity  and Christ Lutheran church  trucks  moved along,  parade viewers heard,  “If I Had a Hammer”  a  1960s folk song sung  by  Peter Paul and Mary. Lyrics for the song  include:
“If I had a hammer, I’d hammer in the morning.  I’d hammer in the evening.  All over this land
I’d hammer out danger. I’d hammer out a warning
     I’d hammer out love between
My brothers and sisters .  All over this land
If I had a bell, I’d ring it in the morning. I’d ring it in the evening. All over this land
     I’d ring out danger. I’d ring  out a warning.Â
     I’d ring out love between
My brothers and sisters.  All over this land”   Â
