Offer visas & jobs to Russian information technology (IT) workers.  About 1.8 million Russians work in IT.  Poland already does so. Europe and USA can.
Offer to pay the $500+ fines given to  Russians arrested/ fined for opposing the war. in Ukraine.
Free the grain. All those planes that took thousands of people out of Afghanistan can be used to transport grain to Egypt, Africa and elsewhere. Money goes to farmers to replant in Ukraine and world gets food.
