AptosTea Party Event

Sunday, Feb. 23, 4:30 to 5:30 pm

Go: Rio del Mar Beach,  paid parking lot.

Italian Biscotti cookies & soda provided.

Write your ideas on back of flyers! Circle  ideas that you support! Let’s work to:

1. Lower the entrance fee for Seacliff State Beach to $2 & increase use.
2. Create a  bulletin board listing local JOBS  for persons age 35+.
3. Clear Aptos Creek access to ocean which is plugged most of the time.
4. Oppose the  proposed  Round-About at bottom of Cliff  Drive.
5. Re-surface  Aptos area county  roads especially:   __________________
6. Put in ramp metering to access  highway  #1 to reduce congestion.
7. Keep Aptos rural & manage Safeway expansion in Aptos
8. Start  a Job Resource Center at the  Aptos library or in a  nearby area.
9. Call local talk radio & promote ideas for positive change in Aptos area.

Let’s meet twice a month, Sundays  at Rio Del Mar Beach, 4:30 PM, in paid entrance area  for tail gate party (cookies & soda)  to discuss  ideas. Then put signs on our cars & a brief drive around Aptos area.  Follow all traffic laws!  And have fun!
