The nine-day mandatory mourning period continued in Cuba on Tuesday, the designated day for foreign leaders to speak of the legacy of dictator Fidel Castro. Castro’s brother, dictator Raúl, announced the 90-year-old’s death on Friday.
Cuba has imposed a mourning period on its people, though Fidel Castro’s death was widely celebrated by Cubans throughout the world. The government has banned the sales of alcohol to prevent celebrations, as well as prohibited any loud “public activities,†playing of music, or excessive laughter. News anchors have been ordered not to utter the words “good morning,†“good afternoon,†or “good evening†after a communist singer-songwriter took offense at describing any day without Fidel Castro in it as “good.â€
Fidel Castro’s ashes will end their tour of the nation in eastern Santiago, where he was born. Before that voyage across the island, however, the government paraded his ashes through the streets of Havana, displayed to throngs of Cubans forced to attend the ceremonial march. The Cuban state propaganda outlet Granma had announced this as an “event of the masses,†and warned over the weekend that all places of employment must permit their workers to leave to attend the events.

   Over the course of roughly  six years, about 207,000  “foreign aliens” were booked into jail in Texas.
Look at the multitude of crimes that they committed. Â This is President Obama’s legacy — by not enforcing USA Â borders.
 The Texas Department of Public Safety identified 207,076 foreign aliens who were booked into Texas county jails from October 2008 through August 1, 2014. Their term “foreign aliens†includes both foreigners who are in Texas legally and foreigners who entered illegally.
They were accused of 357,884 crimes in those 70 months, including these charges: 4,413 terroristic threats, 60,973 robberies and larcenies, 6,636 vehicle thefts, 78,682 assaults, 12,869 sexual assaults and offenses, 1,113 kidnapping, and 3,089 homicides.
That includes, an average of 1,383 charges of sexual assaults per year, in Texas alone. The real number of rapes and sexual assaults is larger since many victims do not report these crimes.
According to the National Crime and Victimization Survey, 2008-2012, approximately 68% of sexual assault crimes are not reported. So I estimate that foreigners commit roughly 4,000 sexual assaults in Texas each year.
In Texas, roughly 529 foreigners per year were accused of committing murder. Plus, the FBI reports that 36% of homicides nationwide remain unsolved

Without getting required permits, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and former President Bill Clinton have been renovating a house they bought next to their Chappaqua residence  This is  according to building department records.
Hilary wants the house pool ready before Thanksgiving.  But thepool had  been back-filled.  No time for permits.   What is known:  An in-ground swimming pool at 33 Old House Lane — the 3,631-square-foot, ranch-style house the Clintons bought for $1.16 million in August — had been back-filled and covered with gravel, according to an October report from town Building Inspector William Maskiell.
Maskiell, who said he visited the home Oct. 5, after the department received a complaint about excavation done there, said as he headed to the basement to talk to the contractor, he noticed the kitchen, floors and walls appeared to have been recently renovated and new electrical fixtures were being installed in the ceiling. The person who complained was not identified.
Maskiell said he told the contractor that permits were required.
“During conversation I was told that the owners wanted to have all work done and finished by Thanksgiving and were quite adamant about it and what had started as a paint job turned into this,†Maskiell’s Oct. 17 inspection report said.
A Clinton spokesperson did not return requests for comment.

Fraternity and sorority parties will be back this weekend at the University of California, Berkeley after a one-week suspension, but with new guidelines aimed at keeping the often booze-filled bashes free of sexual violence.
Berkeley’s Greek system imposed a voluntary ban on parties a week ago, a move it called unprecedented, after two women reported being sexually assaulted at off-campus fraternity houses.
At this weekend’s pre-Halloween parties, guests will be greeted at the front door with “consent talks,†Divya Thomas, president of the Panhellenic Council, said Thursday.
The guidelines were drawn up at a meeting with the Interfraternity Council, which represents the school’s two dozen fraternities.
The 1- to 2-minute talk will focus on what consent to have sex means.
In California, “Yes means yes,†which means consent must be explicitly stated and that silence, lack of resistance or intoxication is not considered consent. Thomas said the talk will also encourage “bystander intervention,†which means that if people see activity they believe does not involve consent they should report it.
“We just want to create a safe party culture where all the members can feel safe,†said Thomas, a 21-year-old senior and a member of Alpha Delta Pi. The Panhellenic Council overseas Berkeley’s 12 sororities.

According to a recent Farsi-language news story, a man identified as Ahmad, a devout Muslim from the Islamic Republic, conducted sigheh, a “temporary marriage,” with a woman identified as Elnaz.
Sigheh is allowed under Iran’s Islamic and Sharia law.
After three days Ahmad allegedly stole money from Elnaz’s family and left her.

After the marriage contract, it was revealed that he also has another wife and children.
Elnaz cannot take him to court, divorce him, or marry another person because the marriage was Islamic and legal. Iranian officials and media outlets are also blaming her for what happened to her.

Sigheh is a verbal contract that can last as long as desired; an hour, two hours, half a day, a week, a year, or more.
Although sigheh is sold to women as a real marriage and that the man will truly treat the woman as his wife, the real story is different. Normally, in such a contract, the man gives something to the woman (money, place to sleep, etc.) in exchange for sex and complete control over her body and emotions.
But it is so — An Hispanic activist critical of Trump rapes an undocumented Hispanic female and then deletes text messages from her cell  phone.  She pressed charges the next day and the man, activist Yapias formerly of Peru/ Mexico  was arrested.
You might remember a Hispanic political activist named Tony Yapias, who was extremely critical of Donald Trump’s assertion that some illegal Mexican aliens were rapists.Tony Yapias is the director of ‘Proyecto Latino de Utah’. Mr. Yapias also coordinated numerous protest events against Donald Trump including a rather violent display in Salt Lake City, Utah.
This week Tony Yapias has been arrested for rape.  However, not only was Yapias arrested for rape – his victim was, …wait for it…, yep, an illegal alien.
Yes, it appears Mexican rapist Tony Yapias felt additionally empowered by the fact his victim was less likely to be able to contact law enforcement.
