Civil disorder across America no big deal? Let’s put a huge Black Lives Matter mural in front of Santa Cruz CA City Hall …

Santa Cruz  CA recently  put a huge BLACK LIVES MATTER mural  in front of City Hall.  Not because there’s a large Black population.   About one percent +  of Santa Cruz County residents are Black.

For all to see, civil disorder abounds across America  in many  Democrat run cities. There has been a spike in crime across many cities.      Nightly news from Portland, Oregon shows rioters carrying signs Black Lives Matter as they burn, loot and throw bricks at the police. Clearly, “protesters” are violent thugs destroying property and hurting and killing people.

It depends on where you live and what’s your ethnicity whether civil disorder is or is not a BIG deal.    In a recent Mommouth poll 65% of respondents say “maintaining law and order” is a BIG problem.  So — 2 in 3 persons see law and order as a BIG problem.

Here’s the rub: Per the poll, whereas 46% of white non-Republicans see it as a problem more than 60% of non-Republican Blacks and other minorities agree that civil disorder has become a BIG deal.

Santa Cruz CA and nearby enviorns  is overwhelmingly  white in ethnicity.    Nearby Watsonville is predominantly Hispanic.  You will not find a Black Lives Matter sign on Main Street in Watsonville, CA.

There are 9 women running in the race for City Council in Santa Cruz, CA.  Take time to look at their platforms.  The need for more low cost housing is a central theme for many.   Best one can tell,   the issue of ‘law and order’  and civil disorder is not mentioned by any of the aspiring candidates for City Council in Santa Cruz, CA .  What universe do they reside in?

Now’s the  time to ask Santa Cruz candidates for City Council   about civil  disorder across America and their view of how to deal with crime, rioting, in-your-face screaming at police.

Who knows what that list of letters means  — Most Zoom meetings have an ID which is in numbers. 

So — what does this HUGE  BLACK LIVES MATTER sign represent? Is civil disorder a BIG deal for Santa Cruz County  voters?

The post-Floyd protests put the progressive urban policing model to an unexpected real world test, which it has failed terribly.

What you see on the  TV news are “rioters” literally  in the face of Black cops screaming at them and showing NO FEAR of the police.

Democratic politics has been building towards this re-definition of law and order for the last 20 years.   Progressive propose “decriminalization” of crime and view crime as a behavioral problem and blame  the police function for incarceration rates.

Look at the Biden-Sanders Unity Task Force released in July  — one month AFTER the protests, looting and urban shootings began in May.  You will not find the words “felony”, “homicides” or “gangs”.  The Biden-Sanders Unity Task force is about one thing:  how to reduce the role of the police.

What does the public see nightly across America?  An abrupt spike in urban crime and mob-like political protesters exploiting official restraints on police.  We see a raging progressive failure to maintain law and order in many Democrat run cities.

Floyd George killed Floyd George? His lungs were filled with liquid …

  The cops  highly publicized   actions  — a  police foot squished down  on  the back of Floyd George’s neck –   may not have  killed  Floyd George who gasped “I can’t breath….”

There’s  a toxacology report out  which states that Floyd George’s lungs were filled with liquid related  to a  massive ingestion of two illegal drugs.

Floyd George’s lungs weighed 2 -3 times their normal weight because the lungs  were filled with liquid.  The man drowned in his own fluids.

Other news:    The  insurance cost of the rioters  who chanted ‘I can’t breath’ and then went out to  burn, loot and riot  on behalf of Floyd George is now more than ONE BILLION dollars — more than the cost of the Rodney King riots in Los Angeles years ago.

You cannot say  that those were  “largely peaceful protesters…”

There’s still no evidence of any animus, anger or hatred towards Blacks in general or towards Floyd George in particular  by the police who were involved.     What say you?

Liberate California from Gov. Newsom’s use of emergency power?

“The liberties protected by the Constitution are not fair-weather freedoms — in place when times are good but able to be cast aside in times of trouble.”  So wrote Judge Stickman as he overturned Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf’s use of emergency power.

What judge — hopefully soon –    will  overturn CA Gov. Newsom’s use of emergency power?

California Gov. Newsom — similiar to  Gov. Wolf — continues to control which citizens in CA  can work and who cannot work, who can earn a paycheck and who remains unemployed, which businesses live and which die.

In the words of the State of Califonia:

“All individuals living in the State of California are currently ordered to stay home or at their place of residence, except for permitted work, local shopping or other permitted errands, or as otherwise authorized ….”

What can CA citizens do? Remove Gov. Newsom from office.  Download a petition, sign it the same as you do when voting, get a few friends to also sign it and mail it in.  Simple.  Do your part to bring back freedom to CA.

You are Someone Worth Dying For … Santa Cruz County CA Fire evacuees returning home

Due to fires, one third of all  Santa Cruz County’s residents left their homes and were rescued by friends, families and shelters.  Over 30,000 people  evacuated. Thank you ‘first responders’, shelters, friends, families and strangers who took in strangers.

Now those people  are returning to Boulder Creek, Felton, Scotts Valley and elsewhere in the county of Santa Cruz.

All the rescued …. all those who rescue and continue to rescue  people from the CA fires.

Racist Yale plays race card in favor or Blacks over Asians or whites in admissions

Racist Yale?   Yep.   “Yale rejects scores of Asian Americans and white applicants each year based on their particular race, when it otherwise would admit” the Justice Department said.

Kamala Harris: she blocked a catholic hospital rescue to help a union — SEIU

What’s Kamala Harris all about?    As Attorney General of CA, Harris took  care of  a union — the  SEIU — at the expense of patients, doctors, nurses and the public who were served by six Catholic hospitals.

Kamala Harris used her authority to block a hospital rescue to help a union that supports her — the SEIU — and punish a business she did not like.

The year was 2014.  Six Catholic hospitals were going broke.   Due to inflexible labor contracts and miserly payments from Medicaid.  Prime Healthcare, the only bidder, agreed to buy and had the support of   nurses, doctors and public  which supported the deal.

The AG in California, Kamala Harris, had to approve the deal. AG  Harris opposed the deal in order to support her political supporter, the SEIU  And Kamala Harris attached heaps of poison pills to the deal.  Prime Healthcare  walked away and sued Harris. Harris was protected under ‘qualified immunity’.

Expect more of same if Harris gets a chance to use her power to punish opponents and protect her  supporters such as the union SEIU.   For more of the story click HERE.

Donations to Black Lives Matter.com fund violence & de-fund police? Yep!

Follow the money!  When you donate to Black Lives Matter — where exactly does that money go?   And how’s  that money used?

Donations to Black Lives Matter.com  go to a different organization  — Act Blue Charities –  which  can then fund those donations  back to the organization to be  used for whatever  Black Lives Matter.com chooses.

 Everything stays hush hush and the public is kept in the dark.  In 2018 Act Blue Charities on Form 990 with the IRS reported 24 MILLION in pass through revenue with no information as to who received the money.

Are Black Lives Matter.com donations  used to fund urban violence and to de-fund the police?

Black Lives Matter.com’s goal is to de-fund the police and that’s happening in various cities across the U.S. Top law enforcement officials have stepped down in Portland, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Louisville as civic officials have cut police budgets.

What’s happening to police departments ability to keep people safe? Look at Seattle 8/12/2020:

Seattle Police Chief Resigns Amid Budget Cuts, Turmoil (WSJ August 12, 2020)  Seattle’s police chief Ms Best, resigns after council cut $4 million which will result in the loss of  100 officers from  the force of 1,400.

Are  donations  to Black Lives Matter.com  used to fund  violence in  America’s urban cities?

All money donated to Black Lives Matter.com  actually goes to   Act Blue Charities which is a 501 (c) (3)  which  acts as an  umbrella organization  for an unknown number of accounts.

Act Blue Charities says  that its mission is to democratize charitable giving by facilitation grassroots online fundraising to ELIGIBLE 501 (c) (3) organizations. 

But here’s the rub — Black Lives Matters.com is NOT  a 501 (c) (3).  Black Lives Matter.com does not have a identifying  IRS number.

So, Act Blue Charities accepts money and disperses it who knows how  from an entity — Black Lives Matter.com  which is not a legitimate 501 (c) (3). You can send emails to:   info@actlblue.com

In 2018, Act Blue Charities spent the huge sum of $138. only on Fundraising and Program Services cost $297,157, nearly $300 THOUSAND dollars.

 This is just not “on the up and up” as they say.   This is one organization [Act Blue Charities]   hiding money to allow other entities [e.g., Black Lives Matter.com] to use  the money for whatever purposes they choose.

So what does Black Lives Matter.com hope to achieve?  What do you think the words “eradicate white supremacy”mean?   Urban chaos such as looting of  downtown Chicago recently? Yep.

Black Lives Matters.com  — the official website for Black Lives Matters — does absolutely nothing to help black children, save black lives, educate black children.  Black Lives Matters serves the political purposes of its founders.  Those purposes are Marxist goals, i.e., the taking over of existing government aka de-fund the police and create chaos in the streets.

There’s another organization that also collects donations under the Black Lives Matter name.  It’s called Black Lives Matters Global Network and it has chapters around the country.   Black Lives Matters Global Network collected 3.3 MILLION in donations during 2 weeks in June, 2020.  The Attorney General for New York put out an alert for New York residents to beware the organization.

So what can you do? Plenty.   Help stop the  de-fund the police tactics of Black Lives Matters.com     Talk to people.  Pass along this information and gather more.  Only give money to charitable organizations  that has identifying IRS  information. Look for the EIN # on their website and  literature requests for donation.  Use Charity 101 to check out how authentic the organization is. Black Lives Matters.com provides NO information to the IRS. 

 How ever you can, speak out against Black Lives Maters.com as a Marxist organization that hurts people of all colors. 

 

Recent example of a ‘good church person’ duped by Black Lives Matters.com     

A deacon at the local episcopal church in Aptos, CA was complementary  about the recent demonstration Black Lives Matters held in Watsonville, CA which   the  episcopal priest had attended.  ‘I wish I too had gone’ the deacon commented. ‘Are we doing enough?’ the deacon  pondered. ‘We sent a letter to the local paper…’ 

 The episcopal church  located across from the White House recently put up a pro-Black Lives Matter sign.

How to educate during pandemic? CA parents use microschools & pandemic pods

Parents hit back  against CA Gavin Newsom’s  government school shutdowns and teacher unions muscle tactics against private schools and charter schools   by choosing new ways to educate their children.

Recently Gavin Newsom threatens parents with penalties for hiring tutors. The law, passed in January 2020, AB-5,  imposes stiff penalties for not hiring tutors as employees.

 

Remember the little red school house, a dozen or so kids and one teacher? Back it comes!.

The micro-school is a 21st century version of the one room school house in which a small number of students of varying ages learn together.   Parents pool their resources to hire an instructor.

Another new way to educate is for several parents to  take turns teaching their  children.  The “Pandemic Pods” Main  Facebook group already has roughly  38,000 members and has spawned dozens of official local chapters plus more independent groups.   There’s a Special Ed Pod that started July 2020 and has 545 members.

Recall CA Gov. Gavin Newsom? Why & What you can do ….? Wake up Santa Cruz County & every CA citizen

Why recall  now   CA Gov. Gavin Newsom?

Think about  our CA children:     Gov. Newsom closed all  schools.

Children need schools for social reasons, to learn from real human beings in one-to-one interactions, and to feel good about themselves.

Suicide rates among  middle school and older children are rising.  Kids are killing themselves because of Gov. Newsom.   He   closed  all  schools & caved to teachers’ unions’ demands.  CA  teacher unions seek  to de-fund the police, a  moratorium on all  charter schools or voucher programs and no more standardized testing.    Newsom’s actions  by supporting the demands of teachers’ unions harms every student in CA.

Think about safety:  Newsom loosed 180,000+ violent felons back into  local  CA coumunities.

And Newsom apologized to the felons for locking them up.  What’s happening to safety of our local communities?

Think  about the idiocy of Newsom’s “essential services”:  Pot shops are open.  Churches must stay closed.

 Think about jobs:    Most of the CA  economy remains  shut-down. Gavin Newsom did it a second time!    Newsom  again shut down the economy of CA which was 5th largest in the world before pandemic.  Lockdowns don’t work.  Look at Europe which has re-opened and some European countries did not close.

Think  1st Amendment encroachments:   your right to speak your mind, freely assemble, congregate at a church and on the beach.

So, what can you do  about California  Gov. Gavin  Newsom?   Recall him!   Download a petition, get neighbors to sign it and MAIL it in.
