TSA snake at the breast. A Â Transportation Security Administration committee concluded that full screening of airport employees nationwide would not lower the overall risk to the public, according to a report released Monday.
The report by the TSA’s Aviation Security Advisory Committee said that full employee screening would not “appreciably increase the overall system-wide protection.”
Full physical screening of employees also “is incapable of determining a person’s motivations, attitudes and capabilities to cause harm, among other limitations.”
ACORN’s successor group in Missouri has been paying protesters $5,000 a month to generate civil unrest in Ferguson, the troubled St. Louis suburb where black youth Michael Brown was killed by a white police officer last August.
We know this because some of the protesters haven’t been paid and, now, they are demanding what they were promised. They held a sit-in at the offices of Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment (MORE) and posted a demand letter
Chelsea Clinton is so unpleasant to colleagues, she’s causing high turnover at the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation, sources say.
Several top staffers have left the foundation since Chelsea came onBoard as vice chairman in 2011.
“A lot of people left because she was there. A lot of people left because she didn’t want them there,†an insider told me. “She is very difficult.â€

Firenze Sage: Half a million from NBC to this journalist [Chelsa Clinton] wasn’t enough. Now she reigns at the family business.
“The event was placing a stake in contested ground, in a way it wouldn’t have if it had offended Quakers or Roman Catholics, who don’t massacre people who insult them. It was a statement of defiance, of an unwillingness to abide by the rules of fanatics.”
No mark of Cainette. Â Oh, no, how’s a lesbian to tell who is who?
A lesbian columnist wrote a piece in The Guardian complaining that the straight women who wear less-than-feminine clothing are “appropriating†lesbian culture and making it too hard for lesbians to tell who the other lesbians are.
A biracial marriage. The Robinson family, which Barack Obama chose to enter, is quite a bunch.
Just yesterday we learned that matriarch Marion Robinson, mother of Craig and Michelle, admitted with a laugh that she had misgivings about her daughter marrying a biracial man. But, as the New York Daily News sarcastically noted, “it could have been worse.â€
“That didn’t concern me as much as had he been completely white,† matriarch Robinson laughed in the appearance on WTTW’s “Chicago Tonight,â€Â which was scarcely noticed at the time.
Vote FARR out & KABAT in for Santa Cruz & Monterey CA.
Let’s make KABAT a good habit for our neck of the woods.
Why Kabat? He is a fiscal conservative. He will reform the tax code for starters.
His wife is a librarian. Someone reads in that family! Â He served in the military so he probably understands veteran issues. His website shows Tea Party interests. He has a beard and glasses and looks to be about )Â years young. Â He estimates his campaign will cost 140 K.
I believe that too much political campaign contribution money has caused an un-level playing field for citizens running for office. Each candidate’s statement can list their qualifications and/or positions next to their name. In past elections, I couldn’t understand why so many candidates left this block next to their name blank. Well, in order to list a 250 word candidate statement, the government will charge me$4,013.63 in Monterey County, $1,938.00 in Santa Cruz County and $450 in San Benito County.OTHER CAMPAIGN COSTS:Did you know that Art Dunn, Mike Lebarre, Jeff Taylor, Ron Kabat, Dan Caudle, Sam Farr and Eric Peterson ran for the House in our 2012 Congressional Primary?1.) America’s glaring income inequality is certain to be a central bone of contention in the 2016 presidential election. But with her huge personal wealth, how could Clinton possibly hope to be credible on this issue when people see her as part of the problem, not its solution?
“But they don’t see me as part of the problem,” she protests, “because we pay ordinary income tax, unlike a lot of people who are truly well off, not to name names; and we’ve done it through dint of hard work.”

Firenze Sage:  What a horribly hard job it is for  Hilary to bloviate for 45 minutes at almost 18k per minute.
Honda’s  campaign headquarters are located in Silicon valley  at union headquarters for SEIU 521.
Democratic Rep. Mike Honda, engaged in a contentious fight for re-election in a Silicon Valley House race, has made the unusual move of locating his 2014 campaign office inside the headquarters of a major South Bay labor organization – the Service Employees International Union Local 521.
Honda’s team has not generally advertised its campaign headquarters’ location – 2302 Zanker Road, San Jose – to the public. The congressman’s official “Mike Honda for Congress” campaign website displays a different address, 2050 Gateway Suite 100, San Jose.
The details about Honda’s campaign office emerged after The Chronicle reported last week that Honda can’t vote for himself in the 2014 election because his home is located outside the 17th Congressional District he represents.
Bengazi & Hilary: Â It DOES matter and they are intertwined.
Ambassador Stevens and three others including Sean Smith died at Bengazi. Â Hilary Clinton, Secretary of State, blamed Bengazi on a video. Â And remember the Sunday AM talk shows and U.N. Ambassador Rice claiming the same story? That it was a video that caused Bengazi was the administraton’s story for several weeks.
And now protesters are holding Hilary Clinton accountable. Â Not willing to face protesters she stayed away from San Diego.
Time to prepare more protests in more towns in San Diego? Â I think so.

SAN DIEGO – Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was only present at a health care convention in San Diego via satellite, but it was enough to draw at least 70 protesters on Friday.
“We don’t want Hillary Clinton in San Diego in any form,” said Jan Iverson with the group The Difference Matters.
Protesters said the truth about the attack in Benghazi, Libya — in which four Americans were killed — has yet to be uncovered.
Pat Smith of Clairemont, whose only son Sean was one of the four Americans killed in the Sept. 11, 2012, attack, has been especially vocal.
“I was promised answers, and to this day I don’t have any, and I want them before I die,” said Smith.
Smith told the 70 or so who assembled outside of the San Diego Convention Center that she had recently been diagnosed with multiple cancers.
“Her decisions killed my son because she did not provide security,” said Smith.
Republicans in Congress, especially House Speaker John Boehner, continue to blast the Obama administration, saying, “They owe the four families the truth and they haven’t been truthful.”
Howard McKeon, the Republican Chair of the House Armed Services Committee, said Thursday he’s now satisfied there was nothing more the military could have done and that “any further probes are not warranted.”
Marines units are now staged as a fast attack force in the region, something that wasn’t done in 2012.
It has not been a good week for Clinton. In an appearance at a convention in Las Vegas, a woman threw a shoe at her. It missed, and the woman was arrested.
