Why & how U.S. immigration policies must change:

The  USA backlog of illegals entering  is huge and the USA decision rate for these cases  is low.

There is a backlog of 660,000 cases. That’s a lot of cases.   That’s a lot of  undocumented individuals  running around finding some sort of employment as they stay  under the radar.

Legal advise is ‘get a lawyer’  (this improves the odds of winning from 10% to 50% currently) and lawyers cost money.  Hence, undocumented person are advised to get a job to pay for the lawyer.

Immigration judges decided 32,000 cases   in 2017.   That rate was the highest in 5 years. Roughly 62% of cases overall are rejected currently.

Do the math. It would take 20 years to decide a backlog of  660,000 cases  divided by a rate of  32,000 a year.

The policy of “catch and release” came about under President  Obama.  Overwhelmed by thousands of  undocumented persons –  largely from El Salvador and other central american countries  — the USA was flooded.

Roughly 330,00  individuals were “caught and released” and these persons  went underground and did not go to their court appearances.  Many did and continue to get   jobs.

These ‘catch and release’ individuals  affect the  overall jobs that are  available to persons legally in the USA.

Why don’t these economic/ political refugees, largely from El Salvador and central america,   go elsewhere?  Mexico rejects rougly  90% of “refugees”.   Same rate for  the Philippines.  Where to go?  Russia only declines 11%.

In March 2018 Attorney General Sessions implemented several  major changes in USA  immigration policies. These changes may  reduce the backlog.

One change:   Judges can now decide cases based on written evidence without a full hearing. That could speed things up.

Another change coming up:  will “economic refugees” continue to be granted special status?

The overall goal is to reduce the backlog of 660,000 persons sufficiently so that persons who are apprehended for illegal entry  into the USA are kept incarcerated until their hearing.

Perhaps — if people who ‘jump the fence’ know that, once caught,  they are in a USA  jail and not free to get a job,  that may slow down the rate of persons who come. Maybe.

Elizabeth Warren claims to be an American Indian

  Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who has claimed to be Native American, is conspicuously absent from a Tribal Nations Policy Summit this week.

The National Congress of American Indians Tribal Nations Policy Summit is taking place in Washington, DC, this week, and it features a whole host of politicians and high-profile speakers, including House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

However, Warren — the only U.S. Senator who has claimed a Native American heritage — is missing from the guest list. (RELATED: Reminder: Elizabeth Warren Lied About Being Cherokee)

Cherokee genealogists have traced Warren’s family history and were unable to find any ancestors that identified as anything other than white, but that hasn’t stopped Warren from doubling down on her claims, pointing to her family’s “high cheekbones” and plagiarized “Pow Wow Chow” recipes.

Freedom from USA govt oppression ….

Freedom from USA govt oppression ….  Per a recent poll, roughly 50% of Americans think think that Obama’s FBI spied on Trump prior to his election as President in November, 2016.    That’s government oppression.

Information recently  comes out that the Trump’s short lived NSA director   M. Flynn  never knew that FBI Director Comey testified before Congress that Flynn did not lie.

Yet Flynn may go to jail because the FBI said  that he lied.  And  the FBI/ Justice Dept. charged him with that crime. That’s  government  oppression.

The memos that have come out show that he FBI and Justice Department lied to the FICA court.  Hilary Clinton and the Democrat National Party are responsible for the “dossier” that the FICA court relied on to issue authorization to spy on Trump and associates such as Flynn.    That’s government oppression.

Let’s get to the bottom of this …..  If Hilary Clinton had been elected President the American public would have never known what Obama and his administration did.  It keeps coming out.

About the flu epidemic in USA:    During Monday’s edition of CNN’s At this Hour, guest host Brianna Keilar brought on the New York Times’ Science and Health reporter Donald McNeil Jr. to discuss the flu epidemic sweeping the nation. McNeil had previously written an article for the Times arguing that President Trump needs to do more to protect public health

When asked about an eight percent drop in the number of Hispanics who received flu shots, McNeil pointed to President Trump’s “hostility to Spanish language and Hispanics” as a possible explanation, in addition to a “cut back in Spanish-language ads.” He then admitted that the facts disproved his wild speculation and that didn’t actually know the reason for the statistic. McNeil’s conjecture serves as a perfect example of a conspiracy theory, which the left always mocks the right for buying into. When the left has no other argument, they will always resort to the race card.

New York residents furious about homeless shelter in Manhattan neighborhood

Not in my backyard:   Wealthy New Yorkers are furious that Mayor Bill de Blasio plans to open a homeless shelter in their ritzy Manhattan neighborhood.

Homeless moved:   Dozens of wealthy residents packed into a community meeting to voice their anger over the decision to move 150 homeless men into the former Park Savoy Hotel, NY1 reports. The residents are concerned that the move will increase crime and decrease property values in their neighborhood on “billionaires row.”

“How are these poor people, whose only livelihood is in one bag, deal with a $6 coffee and a $15,000 dress on the windows of Fifth Avenue?” asked one resident, a middle-aged man with a foreign accent. “Aren’t we breeding crime by doing this?” he asked, earning applause from the audience.

Yeah, well, maybe you should have thought of that in the voting booth when you re-elected de Blasio, buddy. More liberal angst:

NY residents mobilize:   Some residents have formed a group, the West 58th Street Coalition, to oppose the homeless shelter in their neighborhood, CBS2 reports. CBS2 identified the coalition’s leader as Suzanne Silverstein, a fashion executive who is the president of upscale women’s fashion line Parker NY, according to her Linkedin profile. “This is a tourist area. Can you imagine you are like next door, you have the best hotels in New York City, you destroy that in order to help 150 people,” said restaurant owner Maria Loi, according to CBS2. The New York Times has described Loi as a “celebrity chef.”

connect the dots …. Is Obama the principal person behind the Trump/ Russia collusion story?

Is Obama the principal  person behind the Trump/ Russia collusion story?

Clinton  had a simple message why people should elect her  — that Trump was “unfit”.   Prior to the election that was her message to the American public. That’s about all she had to say. Her message did not sell sufficient for her to win the election.

Within 24 hours of losing the election Hilary Clinton’s campaign put out the message that Trump’s victory was not on the up and up — that he obtained it unfairly due to the Russians.  Due to Trump/  Russian involvement in our elections.

What we know now is that Hilary Clinton paid for and   created   information — none yet  collaborated — that Trump  supposedly performed unfit behavior.    That is what is referred to as the Trump/ Steele dossier aka ‘Golden Showers’.

So first Hillary calls Trump ‘unfit’ and then she pays money and supplies information to create information to supposedly support her contention.

Now the evidence points towards Obama as  is  the person behind it all.  And it appears that Obama’s motive was and is to protect himself.

Remember the basic facts about Obama. He was a Chicago politician.  He won his first elections by spreading ‘dirt’ about his opponents.  He was a community organizer.  He has a law degree and taught constitutional law.

Remember all of Obama’s promises that he did not keep…. such as ‘you can keep your doctor…’

Obama promised the American public that Hilary Clinton would be treated the same as any other American.  And then Obama exonerated Hilary Clinton  and Obama  expected his Justice Dept and FBI to also exonerate Hilary Clinton.  Which they did.

The facts  keep tumbling out.

What’s especially troubling is that mainstream press, i.e., New York Times  and Washington Post prefer  to suppress  or ignore the story.

firenze sage–Black football player finds no racism in Mexico

Taking a knee  — during a football game in Mexico.

Before the NFL game in Mexico City between the Oakland Raiders and New England Patriots, Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch demonstrated an historic cluelessness.

Running back Lynch  takes knee protesting U.S. anthem in Mexico and stands for Mexican flag

Lynch, a regular kneeler this year during the playing of the national anthem before the games, actually stood for the Mexican national anthem — before protesting the U.S.  flag by taking a knee.

What  black football running back Lynch does not know about skin color and racism in Mexico –  skin color  dominates  Mexican society.

Overall, one’s skin color is the major determinant of that person’s place in  Mexican society- educationally, occupationally, connection-wise and status-wise. Dating back almost 500 years to when the Spanish conquistadors’ blood began mixing with that of the indigenous population, in Mexico lighter skinned people have been considered to be more desirable, more worthy and more beautiful than darker skinned individuals.

Just take a look at who is employed where. Generally speaking, the most sought after, best, most important and highest paid jobs are disproportionately filled by those that have the lightest skin. Lighter skinned persons dominate such professional fields as medicine, dentistry, engineering and architecture. The same can be said about the upper echelons of politics and in academia. Conversely, the lowest paying jobs and those with the least social status such as housekeepers/maids, construction workers, street vendors, restaurant kitchen workers, and public transportation employees are unfortunately the “birth right” of those with darker skin.

Nowhere is this racial/ethnic discriminatory dichotomy in Mexico  more visually apparent than in the worlds of entertainment and advertising. In the country’s numerous and popular telenovas/soap operas usually the lead roles are portrayed by light skinned performers with darker skinned persons normally portraying “subservient” roles as maids, cooks or gardeners or “villains” such as criminals.

How could that running back not know?  Get a bite to eat  for an hour in any small taco/ burrito shop in the U.S.  with Mexican music and TV playing.   One does not have to go to Mexico to see how light skin is depicted via TV.
