What say the feminists about this? Rep. Illan Omar supports gender equality in public school weight lifting competition

  Trans are free to  compete in public school competition says Illan Omar.
 So is it OK for trans [young men who become women] to compete in public school weight lifting  competition?    Yes, says Democrat from Minnesota   Illan Omar, it’s fine  for school age trans   to  compete in public school athletics. Others think trans competition is not fair.  
Here’s  Rep. Illan Omar’s words:
“The myth that trans women have a ‘direct competitive advantage’ is not supported by medical science, and it continues to stoke fear and violence against one of the most at-risk communities in the world,” So says Illan Omar.
Democratic Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar wrote in a January letter to Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, urging him to investigate USA Powerlifting for barring male weightlifters from female events.
Democrats’ Equality Act would make “gender identity” a protected category under federal anti-discrimination laws and  would force public schools to expand female athletic teams to include biological males who identify as transgender girls.

Aptos Psychologist:   Up to age 14-15 young women can successfully  compete with young men in soccer.  By age 15-16 young men win overwhelmingly against young women.  Bodies simply  change.   A age 15-16 year old former male who now identifies and changes to be a female trans will win overwhelmingly against typical developing females.
Illam Omar, who was brought into the USA by  Somalian adults who  thwarted immigration laws,  now supports trans  thwarting the rules that  have long defined high school  sports.

Person holes? Woman holes? Man holes? Oh dear …

Gender free language does little to promote real freedoms.  Berkeley CA is into  language changing for whatever purposes.

Berkeley, CA bans gas and man holes. How about person holes? Man holes? Woman holes?

At a Tuesday night city council meeting, Berkeley, CA  became the first city in America to ban the use of natural gas piping in new construction. But that was not the only utility-related issue they saw fit to attend to. No, there was another matter on deck: Eliminating the gendered connotations of words like “manhole” in the city municipal code.

No longer will the streets of fair Berkeley be dotted with manholes, nary a womanhole or nonbinaryhole in sight. With Tuesday night’s vote, they have all been transmuted into “maintenance holes,” that highest, hardest glass manhole-cover finally shattered.

Firenze Sage    aol.com    You now need a language course to enter Berkeley, CA   assuming you’d want to.  Gas is cheaper and less polluting than electric  so let’s ban gas.
