Tell Biden to secure the Border & give law enforcement tools it needs

See that out of control top line on graph which is  headed upward?  That’s Biden’s illegal aliens flooding the country.

See the gray line at bottom of graph?   That was the number of illegal aliens who came in   under Trump’s administration. Trump  secured the border and gave law enforcement the tools it needed.

from the Daily Wire:  Democrat President Joe Biden’s border crisis significantly worsened during the month of June after nearly 190,000 illegal aliens were apprehended on the U.S. southern border in what was the fifth consecutive month of rising numbers.

“CBP said that 188,829 migrants were encountered at the southern border, an increase from the 180,034 encountered in May,” Fox News reported. “It is also a sharp rise since when President Biden took office — there were 78,442 encounters in January.”

“The number of unaccompanied children encountered increased by 8%, with 15,253 encounters in June compared to 14,137 in May,” the report added. “Encounters of family units, meanwhile, surged by 25% to 55,805 from 44,746 in May.”

Former top Department of Homeland Security officials blasted the Biden administration in response to the latest numbers on its border crisis.

  • Chad Wolf, former Acting DHS Secretary and Heritage visiting fellow, said: “These numbers show that the Biden border crisis is not going to stop until the Biden administration reverses course on its open-borders policies. Recently, an MSNBC host claimed during a conversation with me that the border crisis actually began under the previous administration, a misleading claim on many levels. This unfortunately is the reaction by far too many on the left when challenged about the facts of the Biden border crisis. It’s time to get back to policies that were working: securing our border and giving law enforcement the tools they need. While the mainstream media chooses not to cover the crisis any longer, I can tell you that local and federal law enforcement officers that I have talked to have never seen conditions so dire. I urge all Americans to stand up for our system of law and order. Stand up for our law enforcement and do not become numb to this crisis.”
  • Mark Morgan, former Acting CBP commissioner and Heritage visiting fellow, said: “This month we celebrated our nation’s independence from a government that treated the law as an inconvenience and put the goals of the elites above the interests of the common man and the rule of law itself. In similar fashion, the Biden administration has turned the rule of law on its head in sparking this border crisis. It has willfully advanced policies to open our borders, reinstitute catch-and-release, and create an unprecedented flood of illegal immigration on our southern border. Make no mistake, the Biden administration has sparked a constitutional crisis in pursuit of what it perceives to be a political benefit. At this point, what other logical explanation is there? This is no longer a time just for words—it is a time for action. It is time for the people’s representatives to take meaningful steps to hold this administration accountable for its blatant and willful disregard for our laws. Federal, state, and local leaders should use their considerable authority to thwart this administration’s open-borders agenda at every turn. Texas is already leading the way here, and I’m glad to see other states stepping up to support them. Leaders in Congress are also not powerless. They can withhold funding that is directed only at facilitating the crisis instead of truly stopping it, refuse to approve any nominees who will implement this agenda, and support states forced to respond to the Biden administration’s inaction. It cannot be ‘business as usual’ when the White House is violating its most sacred duty to protect this country. Every point of leverage, whether directly immigration and border-related or not, should be used to force the Biden administration to end this constitutional crisis.”

Don’t “illgal alien” me, at least in NY [$250 K fine]

People who sneak in the USA  or jump the fence.?  What do you call them?  Illegal aliens? Watch out!

You can get a $250 K fine in New York using term ‘illegal alien’  — which is the legal term. Oh my!

The federal government of the United States refers to those who are in the country illegally as “illegal aliens” — at least four times in the statute books.

Section 1252(c) of the “Aliens and Nationality” laws is titled: “Authorizing State and local law enforcement officials to arrest and detain certain illegal aliens.” The section authorizes state and local law enforcement officials “to arrest and detain an individual who— (1) is an alien illegally present in the United States; and (2) has previously been convicted of a felony in the United States and deported or left the United States after such conviction.”

But in OZ:The city of New York’s Commission on Human Rights has decided that illegal aliens need more protection from the law than American citizens. So they passed an ordinance that not only makes it illegal to threaten to call immigration authorities on a suspected illegal, but you could be fined $250,000 just for saying “illegal alien.”

This is not The Onion.

You can call an American anything you want — any vile, vulgar, obscenity in the book — and not be punished for it. This ordinance would seem to grant extraordinary protections to those in the United States illegally.

Labor union supports illegal aliens arrested by  ICE in Mississippi.
They’ve lost their way.
They are SOOOOO Corrupt that they forgot who they represent.

AFL-CIO Union President Richard Trumka posted several tweets on Thursday in support of illegal aliens taking US jobs.

Rishard Trumka: We condemn these raids in the strongest possible terms and pledge our full support to @UFCW and the working people of Mississippi as they work to win justice for all those who were unfairly targeted.

Face it US workers, they’re just not into you.

Illegal alien labor has decimated the US meat packing industry.
The jobs that once provided for large families are now barely pay above minimum wage.

And the AFL-CIO supports this.

Clean up time for CA’s ‘sanctuary state’ laws with CA sued by the  U.S. government

Clean up time for California’s ‘sanctuary state’ laws.

Attorney General Sessions sues  the State of California for violation of the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution.

The federal government reins supreme over state laws concerning immigration. Attorney General Sessions came to California to deliver the message. 

The ‘sanctuary state’  laws targeted by the federal government are:

SB 54  — the California Values Act — prevents state and local authorities from reporting illegal aliens who were arrested for other crimes to ICE.

AB 450 — Gov. Brown’s law threatens business owners with persecution if  they cooperate with ICE without first seeing whether ICE has a warrant/ correct documents.

AB 103 — gives oversight to California over ICE as the law allows the State of CA to inspect illegal aliens held by federal authorities.

At his  press conference Wednesday, Gov. Brown did not defend Oakland Mayor’s actions alerting the community of soon-to-occur ICE arrests. ICE says that the Mayor’s actions put ICE personnel in danger and 800 persons were not detained.

The governor offered the following points in rebuttal to Sessions’s clear and cogent case that the Constitution’s Supremacy Clause forbade California from blocking the enforcement of federal immigration law:

1. Sessions is a liar. “The Trump administration is full of liars. They [sic] pled guilty already to the Special Counsel.”

2. Sessions is from Alabama — “a fellow from Alabama coming to talk to us about secession and protecting human and civil rights.

3. Sessions is a Nazi. “We don’t need a Gestapo kind of tactic with vitriol spewing out of Jeff Sessions’s mouth. “

4. Sessions is … a French revolutionary. “The attorney general is basically initiating a reign of terror.”

5. Sessions is sucking up to President Trump. “Jeff thinks that Donald will be happier with him and I’m sure Donald will be tweeting his joy at this particular performance.” (Trump has not tweeted about it.)

California Attorney General Becerra’s line of attack was simple denial.

thank you President Obama? look at crime statistics

   jail Over the course of roughly  six years, about 207,000   “foreign aliens” were booked into jail in Texas.
Look at the multitude of crimes that they committed.  This is President Obama’s legacy — by not enforcing USA  borders.
 The Texas Department of Public Safety identified 207,076 foreign aliens who were booked into Texas county jails from October 2008 through August 1, 2014. Their term “foreign aliens” includes both foreigners who are in Texas legally and foreigners who entered illegally.
They were accused of 357,884 crimes in those 70 months, including these charges: 4,413 terroristic threats, 60,973 robberies and larcenies, 6,636 vehicle thefts, 78,682 assaults, 12,869 sexual assaults and offenses, 1,113 kidnapping, and 3,089 homicides.

That includes, an average of 1,383 charges of sexual assaults per year, in Texas alone. The real number of rapes and sexual assaults is larger since many victims do not report these crimes.

According to the National Crime and Victimization Survey, 2008-2012, approximately 68% of sexual assault crimes are not reported. So I estimate that foreigners commit roughly 4,000 sexual assaults in Texas each year.

In Texas, roughly 529 foreigners per year were accused of committing murder. Plus, the FBI reports that 36% of homicides nationwide remain unsolved
